Week two of SMARTstart CO.STARTERS is dedicated to teaching you how to understand your ideal customer.  Other resources to help you understand your customer are found at the Pasco County Library, the Zephyrhills Library and the New Port Richey Library. The libraries offer many free software programs and databases to source valuable business intel. In addition, Pasco-Hernando SCORE, provides help with one-on-one mentoring.
